Due to the requirements defined in the GDPR, TEV2 does not have to appoint a Data Protection Officer, so any request for information on personal data should be made to the above-mentioned e-mail address.
2. Data processed, purpose and storage period
Personal data is collected on the website in the following forms:
▪ Newsletter subscription in which the email address is requested. The data will be used, on the basis of your express and unambiguous consent, to send our periodic newsletter with information about our company and our products and services. The data will be stored until your consent is withdrawn or until you exercise your right to object to the processing;
▪ Contact form, which asks for your name, email address and telephone number. The data will be used on the basis of your express and unambiguous consent to deal with the matter that prompted your contact.
